How much can someone really change? And is it true that to make lasting changes in your life you should focus on one small habit at a time? This study helped participants improve many dimensions of their life simultaneously, resulting in dramatic changes in a more than a dozen outcomes like fitness, focus, reading ability, working memory, self-esteem, and happiness.
